One of my dogs had been abused by the previous owner and doesnt always like strangers. She loved Lori because she was gentle with her and allowed her to be comfortable while she gave her a hair cut.

They do amazing work and have a lot of patience I have a very crazy cat and didn't think that we could get her groomed but they did it and the humans only suffered a few cuts lol

I went in to use the self-service wash and they helped me with everything! I have two playful pups and Lori was so nice to let one run around and play while I washed the other, she gave me pointers on how to get the best wash. I was clueless about the dryer and she basically walked me through the whole process! I can't wait to go back and get them groomed by her professionally! She was also very patient with my one dog who doesn't love having his nails trimmed and showed him so much love. We will be returning! Thank you so much!!!

They do an amazing job with my pomeranian/shih tzu mix. He comes out looking like an entirely different dog. Also very accommodating & patient with my 5 month old large breed on her first visit to a groomer and her being a giant baby.

I took my puppy for its first groom. She is easily excited but Lori took her time, worked with her and did an amazing job. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but I highly recommend Lori and her staff.

We were first timers and she did a fantastic job with my Carlos and my Lilly couldn't be happier we will be back.

This is the best grooming shop and I've tried several! It's a longer drive for me, but so worth it for me AND my furbabies.! Very professional, they listen to my concerns and make suggestions to solve them. I give them a triple A plus.

Lori does a masterful job on our 2 brat dogs! She makes them look like they are going to the show, even after rolling in the mud & everything they get into...it's so convenient, having them come right to my house, too!

First time taking my Yorkie to her and I was very happy with her haircut. My dog is a big baby and HATES her feet touched. So- trimming the hair and cutting her nails is a process!! So happy with how she looks and they treated my babygirl great!

Amazing nice people. Very prompt and efficient. The overall experience was so nice, Lori is a wealth of great knowledge and a gentle groomer. Bob as well! Definitely great talented people.

What great service! I am an amputee, so getting out of my van is difficult. Lori came out, in the pouring rain, and took Reese in for his grooming. Bob came out, again in the pouring rain, and brought my credit card and receipt to me. And Reese looks great!
